Chinmaya Vibhooti is a dedication unto and a celebration of our inspiration Swami Chinmayananda, one of the greatest teachers of Vedanta of all time. It was conceived by Swami Tejomayananda to be a place where the Guru’s vision would be kept ever glowing. A large number of people visit Chinmaya Vibhooti each year for spiritual camps on the Bhagavad Geeta, the Upanishads, and numerous other scriptural texts.
At the heart of Chinmaya Vibhooti is the Chinmaya Jeevan Darshan, a thought-provoking journey through the life of Swami Chinmayananda that never fails to inspire. It sets visitors on a quest and leaves them with the feeling that there’s more to life than what meets the eye.
The spectacular Pranava Ganesha Mandir, Chinmaya Maruti Mandir and other altars in Chinmaya Vibhooti are sacred spaces of devotion, joy and contemplation.
Transcreating Swami Tejomayananda's vision of enlightened living, Swanubhooti Vatika is a unique park that invites visitors to reflect on themselves by themselves. Through art, text, tales and images, Swanubhooti Vatika is aimed at putting every visitor on the greatest journey in the world—the journey of knowing oneself.
There are several venues, including open-air spaces, to accommodate groups of various sizes so that multiple events can be held simultaneously. Sudharma, named after Lord Krishna’s sabha (court) in Dwarka, is a state-of-the-art air-conditioned auditorium with 1008 seats. Audio and video facilities are a part of the conferencing facilities.
Other notable features at Chinmaya Vibhooti are Dhyan Vatika, a sacred grove of 550 indigenous trees, Vishwa Darshan, a telescope that is used for star-gazing sessions and to know more about the planetary system, and the Chinmaya Vani bookshop.
